Panel bending

Vellerand subcontracting is one of few companies on Estonian market, who can provide panel bending solutions. Panel bending machines can bend large panels with automated precision, giving quality results in short times, making it an ideal machine to produce metal furniture – best for large quantites due to its advanced automation. The materials can also be pre-painted.

There are no restrictions with regards to materials that can be bent, but it can affect the maximum thickness allowance.

Maximum sheet size is 2495×1524 mm.
Maximum bending lenght 2180 mm.
Maximum sheet thickness 3,5mm.
